The issues reported were successfully fixed, however I received my truck back dirtier than I dropped it off with a layer of dirt and paint etching bird droppings in multiple areas on the exterior and smudge marks on the interior leather from the mechanic who worked on it along with one of his tools that was left inside.

Approachable and helpful.

We were greeted immediately. The sales rep was courteous and friendly. He discussed our interests and preceded to show options available to view. The financial department worked diligently to accommodate our resources and was able to provide a good deal for us.

On time and great service. Used the shuttle service which was very helpful.

I took a fleet vehicle in from a very large well known fleet company. The service writer John tried to get me to personally pay a diagnostic fee and would not release my car to me until I paid. I told him that was to be taken care of by the fleet company, he refused to release car. I called the fleet company to get a rental/ get diagnostic fee paid and they had to remind John of how fleet contracts work. In the mean time I incurred uber expenses while John was getting educated on how to treat fleet customers. Really simple situation that some training should be able to reconcile within the Valmark corporation.

My wife and I had contact with multiple staff during our buying experience at Valmark and the best way to put it….is that we were treated as family. Great level of service that few dealerships could achieve.

An obvious warranty repair took you a week to determine it was warranty and another week to repair. A truck that had less than 13k miles and under 2 years old. I also have extended warranty of up to 80k. Never in my 70 years and 10 or more NEW vehicles have I ever had to sign a document saying I’d pay 2.8k or more IF you decided it wasn’t warranty. I check with other manufacturers and they were shocked over that requirement. Well, GM policy has lost this customer and anyone I can convince. I’ve already ordered a new truck to replace this one and it isn’t GM. I have NO confidence GM will honor the warranty down the road. You can’t treat customers this way and expect them to return. Your service manager showed they had no discretion whatsoever to do anything that even resembled customer care. I did like the truck but if I can’t trust the service I can’t keep it.

During my oil change again.....they failed to do thorough inspection as stated in my invoice. They checked my wi shield wipers and said they were in good condition and we had to travel in stormy weather and my wipers were no good. They need to be replaced. Has me wondering if the tech really do check tire pressures, fluids and filters and replace them if needed......this is the second time you failed us.

I had a back side window replaced; I did not think that it would cost an extra $300+ to get the excess glass out of the door. That’s more than the glass and installation cost. When I picked up my vehicle, there was glass on the back seat and floor. That wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Would it really have hurt the dealer to take and extra few minutes to clean up their mess. I definitely won’t be back to this dealer for service or recommend them to anyone. I don’t do business with anyone that takes shortcuts. Very disappointed, I thought a smaller dealership would care more. I guess I was wrong.

I set an appointment up for 9 AM on Wednesday morning Got the vehicle there at 8:30 and went and ran some errands. Went back at 1:00 PM and the vehicle was not ready for a simple oil change. Waited and they said it was finished up and we’re pulling it around to the front so I walked outside Waited 15 or 20 minutes walk back in and ask where is my truck said let me look. Went back outside because he said it was almost ready. Waited another 15 or 20 minutes in 95° weather I might add and the vehicle still didn’t come around. I walked back in at that point my patience was getting thin and said the vehicle would be ready in 10 minutes At that point the vehicle did come around Took from 8:30 AM till almost 2:00 PM for a simple oil change Don’t know what’s going on. This was the exact same experience my son had 30 days ago. To top it all off when I ask where the vehicle was, they said they were putting the tires back on the vehicle. What in the world were they taking my tires off for an oil change? The work seems to have been done. Professionally service manager was somewhat frustrated with his mechanic, but my time is more valuable than sitting at y’all shop after I made an appointment and still had to wait almost an hour to get my vehicle well after time that it should’ve been done.

How can I give a review when I never took my vehicle in to get serviced

I got my car back on Friday and the check engine light came back on Monday. Extremely frustrated by my car never working correctly

There was an issue other than why I brought my vehicle in that I asked about. When I picked up my vehicle, I inquired about that issue, but it had not been looked into and it was not discussed with me at all.

Shelby Rutledge, my advisor, had great communication and let me know right away when she found out my repair would be covered by my GM warranty. It was a HUGE relief to find that out as soon as she knew, and my car was ready and charged when I picked it up. Thank you to Justin Kelley and his team for always taking care of us. Left truck for 2.5 days for "diagnostics" of a well documented, known by GMC hundreds if not thousands of 2025 Chevy 1500 intermittent total loss of sound and,more recent issues: 1. Constant "Service Steering Column Lock" and intermittent "Service Transmission" messages. NOTHING FOUND, no follow up plan, no information shared re: what actions taken to resolve the issue when absolutely is present at every start up, just "nothing found". Need to keep it for an extended period. I'm fourth in line for a loaner (vehicle is under warranty). So in the meantime I'm told its ok to drive,. I'm further researching my legal options to have GMC address these issues.

We took our Acadia in for service because the HVAC control module was out again that ValMark installed. The struts were also making a horrible knocking noise that ValMark also installed new struts not long ago. ValMark will replace the bad HVAC module for $600 and the knocking they said was the strut mount. Why weren’t those replaced when they replaced the struts. They told us the motor mounts caused the strut mount to go bad, but the car had all new motor mounts replaced by another repair place right after the struts. They said they would replace the strut mounts for a little over $2000. Both of these should have been warranty work but they wanted a total of $3100 total to fix what I have already paid for. This was the 3rd or 4th time the air conditioner was out after multiple trips to ValMark in a little over 6 months time, each time something else and each time we paid dearly. If you get work performed here, don’t expect them to honor any warranty, they attempt to get it all back in inflated labor fees. BTW we declined and we had to pay almost $400.00 in diagnostic fees to get our car back.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the repair needed on my 10-year-old GMC Sierra was covered under warranty. JB was my service advisor, and I appreciate his help very much.

Poor workmanship that took three visits to correct an oil leak. Couldn’t even wash my vehicle properly let alone repair it

I appreciate the professional and efficient manner in which my service visits are always handled. I usually come in for the regular oil changes, tire rotation, etc. but if anything else may be needed, it is handled well and in a timely manner.

I didn’t get much explanation from the service technician. Also, when I picked up my car, the seat was leaned all the way back, lowered to the floor and the air was on the highest level. Like someone was using my car to take a break.

drivers side floor was left dirty with brown dirt--base of door was dirty--paper used to keep floor mat clean was crunched next to gas pedal--foot print on floor mat--fixing the problem with the car was done in a timely manner(5 stars)--clean up not good

I never authorized any repairs to be performed on my truck. From the beginning, I clearly requested only an estimate of the damage so I could submit it to my insurance company and pursue compensation from the at-fault driver. At no point did I provide verbal or written approval for repairs. My insurance adjuster specifically advised me that the forward-facing camera would not be covered under my claim. Despite that, the camera was repaired without my authorization. To make matters more concerning, I was later informed that the camera had not been repaired, which directly contradicts the charges and work that were performed. Had I been provided the estimate I requested before any work was started, I would have had the opportunity to review the proposed repairs, discuss coverage issues with my insurance company, and make an informed decision. Instead, repairs were performed without my consent, leaving me responsible for charges I never approved. I am requesting documentation showing when and how authorization for these repairs was allegedly obtained, including any signed work orders, written approvals, recorded phone calls, text messages, or other evidence of consent.

We had some things that we felt were not working correctly. Unfortunately the technician was not able to "duplicate" the items so therefore nothing was accomplished. However, when my wife drove it home, the lane keep assist still doesn't keep the car in the lane. I assume that is Chevrolet's technology and we just have to live with it. Jonathon was excellent and helpful in explaining things.

Richard and others in service department were helpful and friendly. Area was clear and filled with all kinds of goodies. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the truck got a free car wash.

Well I scheduled my appointment for July 3rd and when I got there they said my appointment was scheduled for Monday. I said no that is what they told me the day before. The man that scheduled my appointment was not at his desk at the time. Another gentleman helped me. He was very nice. He said they would get it done and started on the paperwork. Meanwhile, the man that scheduled the appointment came back. He asked me if I needed help. I proceeded to tell him what had taken place and about the appointment date mix up. He looked at the computer and said 'no, it is on the schedule for today.' The other gentleman tried to tell him it was there now because he had already changed it. Then they started arguing. It became very uncomfortable. Glad we only have 1 free oil change.

I used the Chevy app to make the appointment which was extremely easy. Arrived before my appointment time, they took the truck in and did the oil and filter change quickly. Overall great experience with the app and service department. I was easy to book the appointment.
